The subconsciousness is controlling all of these. １、The limb is heavy and I feel. ２、The limb is warm and I feel. ３、I am doing a knack easily. ４、My heart is striking comfortably forcefully. ５、The vicinity of the stomach is warm and I feel. ６、The forehead is cool and I feel. 自律訓練法の説明 これはドイツ人の精神医学者シュルツが提唱しました。 6個の身体状態を制御する方法である。 これらはすべて潜在意識が制御しています。 １、私は手足が重たく感じている ２、私は手足が温かく感じている ３、私は楽に呼吸をしている。 ４、私の心臓がゆったりと力強く打っている。 ５、私は胃の辺りが温かく感じている。 ６、私はおでこが涼しく感じている。
